How much will you be expected to pay per session? Short answer: plans vary. Depends on your particular plan. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully. You will want to know the answer to these questions:
Do I have *mental health* insurance benefits?
Do I have a deductible? How much is it? Must I meet the deductible before my mental health benefits kick in? How much of my deductible have I already met?
Do I have a co-pay (set fee) or co-insurance (percentage per session)?
Is there a limit on the number of sessions my plan covers? How many?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
